His name is Max Balagula, and after almost 2 months of rehearsing we can tell that this guy is kicking serious ass! So finally the band is entering the studio at the end of January to start the recording process of a debut full-length album. Stay tuned for the news from the studio!!!”

Israel’s first class metal act ORPHANED LAND has been added to the billing of this year’s Wacken (Germany) taking place on August 3rd-5th, 2006. Prior to that, the band will be on the road across Europe in April and May to perform live on the Wacken Open Air Roadshow featuring Knorkator, Ensiferum, Spellbound and Noise Forrest.

The following event is a benefit concert for Baruch Rokach, a friend of the bands’-father of two little girls, suffering from an extremely malignant cancer. Parts of his lung and his entire right leg have already been amputated.
